Where are the cam seals located on a 1995 Lexus ES300

You will have to remove the timing belt and the gear sprockets.

Yes, they are usually done along with the timing belt. The hardest part is getting to them. Lots of parts have to come off, and removing the seals can be tricky if you don't have the right tool.

Just found an excellent DIY for the 1MZ Timing Belt
