I have a 99 es300 vvti an i put a none vvti
ok a couple years back I got a 99 es300 w vvti with a blown motor typical oil sludge so I found a whole nother Lexus but it was an 96 with none vvti rebuilt motor so I put the motor in it won't run right fuel pump won't kick on without vvti sensor connected is there any way to by pass it an when dose run its off timing . and can I run the VVT I heads on that non vtec block

Did you transfer over the ECM from the replacement engine? Also, make sure the security system is functioning, and that it's not preventing the engine from starting.
