brandoning

So my stock amp went out in my 98 ES300 so I figured a wiring harness that went through the stock amp wouldn't work so I spliced into the stock wires and ran the speaker wires from the amp up to my new stereo but big problem... my turn signal, remote entry, trunk opener, and interior lights don't work.

Can anyone tell me where to get the wiring diagrams for the connectors going to the stock stereo or how to hook this up? I've searched high and low but haven't found anything that can help me. I really don't want to take it to a shop. Any help is really appreciated.
