93 es300 idling

does anyone have any idea of why my cars idle fluctuates and drops dramatically but it is not constant

Vacuum leaks, dirty IACV and/or throttle body are the most common causes.

throttle body was cleaned when replaced valve cover gaskets and ill check for vacuum leaks and the IACV thanks
