Question 2000 ES300 Rims question

I recently purchased a 2000 ES300 and the rims on the car are not in the best condition. I want to replace them with a inexpensive set and found a guy selling his Lexus GS430 rims in very good condition at a price I can afford. My rims are factory 16" rims and his are factory 16" rims also. Can anyone tell me if these are an exact fit and are the same in all dimensions as my rims before I buy them?

GS tires are balloons compared to the ES... more headache than you want to go after.

And the GS rims may not even clear the rear struts since the offsets are sunk in compared to the narrower, higher offset ES wheels.

Sorry I don't have the rims. I had pictures but when I was told they would not fit I deleted them. There were for sale on craigslist.
