Default Bad fuel/air mixture? Or bad ECM? Newb to Club Lexus, please help.

Hi, I am new to Club Lexus but not new to mechanics, however, I learned most of my skills on old Army vehicles and armor from my time in service. I have a 1994 ES300 with 150,000 miles and have only had it for a year. Originally the vehicle began hesitating almost as if it were stuck in 4th gear for 5-10 seconds then almost before redline it switched to 5th. I lost power and the engine choked even when it turned over. Just replaced my starter and alternator. Second symptom: vehicle would not drive in drive, 2nd or low; reverse and neutral were fine. The vehicle would rev up as if i had it in neutral. If I left it for 2 hours and came back it would start from a cold start. Then it completely lost power while driving down the road and finally after a week it wouldn't even start. I found I had a bad fuel pump, relay and my filter was clogged, the previous owner hadn't changed it and it was the original fuel filter from 1994. Replaced pump, relay and filter. Made it 20 miles and it broke down again. Getting error codes P0100 Mass Air or Volume air flow A circuit; P0110-Intake Air Temp sensor 1 circuit; and P0402- Excessive EGR Flow. I have taken my MAF out and cleaned it with MAF Sensor Cleaner correctly for 2 treatments total (allowing it to dry for 1 hour before putting it back on). The vehicle started working fine. 2 miles down the road and it lost power again, and also once again does not start. I was told to see if its the ECM by testing if I'm getting the correct voltage and that if its lower voltage than it should be thats whats killing my MAF Sensor, IAT, IACV etc. Help? Thanks!

Is the car currently in a no start condition? If so, check to see if you are getting spark.

I agree you need to check for correct voltages. Also, check for proper grounds.

Battery, starter and alternator have all been replaced within the last year. When I put the key in the ignition the engine turns over but it only gives one big roar as if its about to start but then it sputters, chokes and dies (really roughly too). When I test for correct voltages where do I start? Where can I look to find out what the voltages are supposed to be? (Don't have any FSM, original owner lost them but I can't go buy a Chilton's w/o a car). Would you mind giving me the steps I need to follow in order to go about checking for proper grounds? Thanks
