new tires feeling weird??
i just got all my tires done (Hankook optimo H426 with $50 rebate)
shoulda gotten the 727's as they were $85 no rebate
i just checked reviews on tirerack
i screwed up i know!
i was going to get mxv4's but i couldn't afford it.. this is for my mom's car and the tire shop said get that rather than good year assurance's (the tire shop said 426 is equal to 727 but on tirerack its wayy diff!)
i paid 86$ per tire and $50 rebate $344 said and done
i was going to go trade the tire back when i got home, but the
anyways i need an alignment, but it was a little late, and the alignment shops were closed..
anyways driving out of the tire shop, the car felt much heavier for some reason, and the car wouldn't move unless i stepped on the gas more :/ i told em to put 32 psi
the car was fine before this
did i buy the wrong tires? or can i fix this issue?

It's possible your alignment is bad, the old tired were worn in and compensated somewhat for it. When you put new tires on, the fresh tread can give more rolling resistance. If true, get the car aligned ASAP don't drive at all. Doing so for even short distances can damage the new rubber.
edit -- looking at user reviews, this tire is universally hated. Can you return them?

I keep 37 psi front and 35 psi rear. I don't need the sidewall acting as a spring. I would also guess that the bulk of what you are describing is more likely in your head. Most tires today are pretty good at normal/sane speeds and turns. It's when you get to the limits of the car/suspension/tires that the tires will immediately effect the feel/performance of the car. More to the point, for typical driving that's a very good tire. Won't have the mileage of a Michelin but it should be fine otherwise.

going to make psi to 35 for a little better mpg and maybe 37 in the front
as the tires do feel a bit soft (but my struts also haven't settled yet)
heres the pic from my alignment, it was done with one of the hunter laser ones
they asked me if i changed my strut mounts, i did change my mounts and bearings with OEM
but they said they still couldn't move it, the car is a salvage title so they said a front accident from before might be the cause.. not too sure
edit only thing i didn't replace is the spring and lower spring seat, maybe thats the cause..

The camber can be changed by loosening the strut bolts, although there is not much play to work with. Did they try this?
