Default Help Identifying Turn Signal Lights

My girlfriend's car was recently involved in a hit and run accident where another vehicle collided with her parked car (Volvo S40). Unfortunately, we were unable to stop the driver from fleeing the scene or get the license plate number as it was already past one in the morning.

I have since collected paint chips from the offending vehicle as well as several fragments of the headlight/turn signal and shoddily taped them together to identify the make and model.

I am asking for your help in determining if I have identified the correct make and model of the car. Here is the picture of what I could piece together of the light as well as a few paint chips.

So far the best possible match I could identify is a roughly 1999-2001 ES300 in Onyx Black. (Hence the reason I am posting here.)

I am deferring to the collective wisdom of all the members here in helping to correctly identify the make and model of the vehicle that sped off in the night.

If you happen to have a ES300 that has similar OEM headlights, would you be so kind as to check the manufacturer information on the headlight to see if it reads the same as the fragments I collected? The light reads "TOYOTA KOTTO 33-21 AIPP2 95 JAPAN"

I am supremely grateful for any assistance offered. Though frustrated at having to deal with the aftermath of a hit and run, I am glad that the driver collided with my car rather than continuing to speed down the street and possibly harm a pedestrian.

Correct me if I'm wrong but that's a 97-99 corner lens. 00-01 only had vertical lines.

Thank you. This is precisely why I am deferring to this forum's collective wisdom. I should be looking for a 97-99 corner lens then. If the manufacturer information on the lens is the same as on the fragments I found, then I think I have the right vehicle. It does appear that the the vertical lines were introduced in the 2000 model.
