I had my spark plugs replaced and fuel injectors cleaned today. The moment I cranked it up and backed out of the shop, I knew something wasn't quite right. One, my car sounded pretty loud and when I backed out, it moved quickly before I could accelerate. I felt like I was about to race with someone. I will be taking it back to the shop tomorrow. I want my car to be quiet the way it was before taking it in to the shop. I only had my plugs replaced because I was at 95k miles. I wasn't having any issues. I just hope they didn't screw something up while trying to remove the plugs. I know they had a problem removing 1 because they came in the waiting room to tell be about it.

I took out my middle front spark plug to see what it looks like. Its probably the original plug:

How does it look? Should I replace them now or wait until spring?
Also, is it necessary to replace the PCV?

Car has 183Km (113K miles) on it.

That looks really good. I heard a gray color in the combustion chamber means that everything is burning as it should. You shouldn't worry about them for now.

What year is your ES?

Its a 2005.

The manual says the change it @ 192Km... I guess this is preventative?

Will there be any increase in fuel economy, or will the car just "feel better" ?
