Default What part is this?

So, amongst my suspicions that my head gasket is on its way out, (losing oil, a bit of white exhaust at start-up, tiny amount more coolant usage) I decided to have a look at the spark plugs, see if there was any coolant leakage, and sludge whilst i was at it.

Unfortunately one of the the screws/bolts that hold the engine cover on is stripped, and before i force it off, i want to have something to replace it with. But i cannot find it to buy ANYWHERE. I assume ive got the wrong name for it. Can anyone help?

u know what u do when those strip. take a cutting disk, saw, whatever and slit a slot across the top so you can use a flat head screw driver to take them off in the future. =]

thats what i was planning to do to get it off! or just superglue in an old screwdriver and let it set hard.
I dont think cutting it would work in the long run though because its very soft metal, laughably soft really. :/ before long the cut would turn into an hourglass shape and yeah. I think some new ones would hopefully be harder, might just be the 19 years has finally gotten to them

I believe you well and truly I've done it to many screws in the past. However i dont have the tools to cut this right now and no way of getting my hands on them. Considering how easy they stripped I thought there would be quite a demand for them.
