Default Spark plug tube replacement - Valve gasket etc
Here is a link to a really good write-up on the valve cover gasket procedure. The freezing of the plug seals works !

Yup, used that as a guide this past summer. It's still a ***** to get them in place because of the little tabs that you have to bend back, but freezing the seals and heating the metal helps a lot

to be more accurate, it's a spark plug tube grommet replacement
