Need help with a p1760 code please..
Hello I am a new member here. I hope to learn some about this lexus and maybe can help someone also. I have a 99 es300. It is throwing a p 1760 solenoid code and can not be erased. I have researched it on ondemand 5 and have checked the solenoid and the wire volts to solenoid. The wires at the solenoid are getting 5.5 volt. It says from 5.0 to 5.6 is right. So i assume thats ok. It also tells me to check at the pcm to see if the wires have continuity from the solenoid and they do. But thats all it says. I also have the vsc light on and vsc off light on. It has a hard shift and kinda lunges when it shifts. If any one can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. I am getting frustrated thanks for any help

I have replaced the SLT solenoid and checked the wires from the trans to the pcm. They are all good. The trans shifts fine in 1st 2nd and 3rd but when it goes in 4th it has a lunges. Also it jerks hard when you put it in drive. The wires at the SLT solenoid are getting the power they need. The VSC light and the VSC OFF light are on also. That 1760 code is the only code in the system. I am stumped. IS there other stuff to check or do i need to have the pcm reprogrammed. Or do i need just to replace it. Do i need the go in the trans and make sure everything is ok. I am at the spot where i do not know what to do. From what i read about the slt solenoid has to do with pressure. If someone can please help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.
