Default Trailing Arm Bushings

I have a bad rattling sound in the rear of my 2004 ES330, and believe it is the trailing arm bushings. I have been searching for hours to find replacement bushings. I can find three aftermarket brands for the ES300 (through 2001), but cannot find any that specifically fit the ES330.

I have had the car for less than a year, so sorry if this is a newbie question, but would a suspension part for an ES300 fit an ES330? Alternatively, would a suspension part for a 2004 Camry fit a 2004 ES330?

Any idea why this part is so difficult to find?

The Lexus dealer offers it as an entire assembly for $500 per side, but similar bushings are available for $20 alone, so I would really like to replace just the bushings.

Thank you for any advice.

Why are you so confident that your trailing arm bushings are bad? Did you check the struts, links, sway bar bushings?

check it all...

I started by replacing the sway bar bushings [didn't fix], then found my endlinks were shot, replaced those. Still making noise. I put the car on the hoist and the strut is leaking... so check all the things and go with what needs to be fixed.

Otherwise, i would've spend ~400$ on all sorts of bushings and links, and still woudl've had the same noise.

This way i replaced necessary parts, and found the problem instead. My '01, still has the original trailing arm bushings, and they're still good...

Thanks to MikeLex and 01LexPL for your advice. I agree that other parts are likely to be worn as well and should be checked. My mechanic, who is quite good, but not affiliated with Lexus, diagnosed it as the trailing arm bushings.

Back to my original question - are these ES330 suspension parts interchangable with ES300 parts and are they interchangable with Camtry parts?

Thanks.

They aren't... Try and see what autozone sells them for. Should be interchangeable with the RX/Camry/Avalon of that year range.

My 01, comes up with the same parts number for those cars...

OK.
The trailing arm part numbers for your 2004 ES is 48780-48020 and for the 1992-2001 is 48780-33010. There's no OEM bushing (only the complete unit). As for interchangeability with Camry, yes.
I suggest you to call these guys: http://stores.autowearhouse.biz/ and start from there.
