My CL & trac light have been on for a while so I got some codes and I'm thinking about doing the repairs myself. A little help or some tips would be apreciated

300 is a multiple cylinder misfire code, 301 is misfire #1, 302 #2, etc. 1351 is a VVT sensor performance problem (which would explain the misfire codes). 1135 is an O2 sensor heater failure on bank 1, sensor 1. If that is code 1354 then it's VVT failure bank 2. There is no 354 code that I know of. Sounds like your VVT system is malfunctioning which would explain both the misfire codes and the traction system being offline. Could be due to sludge or component failure. Good luck...
