Hey guys quick question. Is there any diffrence between a Nakamichi Subwoofer & a Stock Subwoofer on a 2000-2001 ES 300?

The Nak sub takes a little more power and I would venture a guess it's probably a little better made and probably sounds better. I'm guessing you can lay your hands on one and want to swap it out... I would if I could get one.

I have a nakamichi sound system but the sub blew. I removed it and tried ordering a brand new one but there not available im stuck getting a stock sub, it did sound pretty good im hoping it isn't very noticable difrence in sound.
