So i did my own baking as well.
I had the Morimoto Projectors in my XB but i came across a deal of sonar projectors for my XB and i bought them, took out the Morimoto out of the stock XB headlights and put them on the ES.

Not bad at all.

^ there is, just search. The morimoto's make it even easier, since you literally 'screw' it into the light socket.

The hardest part being that you have to bake the lights open.

And that's not very hard at all. Sometimes I wish I went the retrofit route instead, that cutoff and beam projection is sweet.

^^ I too am thinking about this. Probably do it in the spring.

Makes it hard when the retroftsource now is selling the projectors with a choice of shroud for around 70$ shipped on www.hidplanet.com

I've begun to give up on the hunt for OEM's, since they're too much.

I've seen many 'front end' sets from a Toyota windom [oem HID and the 'clear' corners] for around ~300$ shipped to me in canada - but being a RHD car, the left side of the road is more lit up than our LHD cars. So that can get annoying to others on the road

Are these Morimoto Mini H1's?

I don't see the $70 price.

So this is totally plug and play?

Yeah the Morimotos are the best route for projection headlights, i did mine on my 2000 lexus with stock hid and let me tell u it is way better than reflectors. I get a nice cutoff and beam pattern!

Yes Morimoto is the best way to.....the hardest part about the retro fit is the time taking things apart and putting back together.

I took each of my headlights apart in 30 min or less, but the hard part was cutting with a dremel, just to fit the morimotos projectors inside the hole!
