1997 ES300 CD Changer

My car did not come with a CD changer. I found this on Ebay. Will it work in my car and what other parts should I buy?

I did install a new head unit because the CD player will not play any MP3's.
So i bought a head unit with a USB port and now i can listen to all my music in my flash-drive.

its really your choice as to what type of head unit you want to switch to, you know.
