Anyone?? Do I need a special tool to take them out? And when I put new ones in, is there anything I have to rest?

No special tools. The issue you may have to deal with is the sensor itself may be seized in the hub, so you'll have to dig it out of there and then clean up the bore. I believe you have to take the back seat out to get to the connector but I'm not 100% certain on this. Either way, the job is not difficult at all.

i found a junk yard that has some for 25 each..and they said if they don't work i can get a different set...so hopefully the job isnt to difficult. i guess it will be easier to rip them out of the car at the junk yard then ill know the steps to put them back in and i dont have to worry about braking anything at the junk yard..most parts like the seats and what not might be already out of the way.

Just wanted to post an update...I changed the abs sensors and my abs light and trac light are both gone..it was a pain to pull the old sensor out and I ended up busting it. I had to dig the rest of it out but finally got it..installed the used ones I got from craigslist for 35 bucks for a pair...gotta say I don't wanna do it again.
