Parking,brake, rear, lsc plate lights not working! help! :(

Parking,brake, rear, lsc plate lights not working! help! :(
I have a 2000 avalon, similar to ES engine
When i turn on my parking lights nothing lights up rear and front (exterior). Hazards still works, and when turn ignition "ON" or start the car, the turn signals work both left and right. and when unlocking/locking my car the lights does not flash at all. brake lights are also not working
Anyone know what could be the problem?? Help please, i cant drive at night w/o the rear lights.
Low beams still works
I checked the fuses. maybe i must have missed the fuse i need to replace? Anyone know the Exact location of the parking light fuse, i can't seem to find it or on the label of the fuse cover.
