The drivers window will not roll down on my 2004 ES 330. The switch has a blinking light on it. This same thing happened on my rear windows but I was able to reset them by holding the switch down and slamming the doors. This method does not work on the drivers door.

When you disconnected the battery, initialization was lost. Usually the drivers window does not need re calibrating. You may try disconnecting the battery and re do the process. The sunroof needs to be done as well.

The drivers window should work right away with no flashing lights on the drivers window switch proper. The others will flash. From each door, other than the drivers, push the window switch and hold it down two seconds longer than window travel. Do the same in the up position. This will restore control to the master window switch. See your owners manual under " Battery Replacement" for more details.
