Default ES250 ECT PWR - where is the switch?

I have read on other posts what ECT PWR means. Great, now I know what is means but it doesn't help me turn it off. The indicator has never gone on until today. I bought the car used and given no explanation on where the button is to turn on/off the ECT PWR.
I notice the car responding "nicely", more torque, after the ECT PWR light indicator went on but I have no idea how I turned it on and no way of knowing how to turn if off.

Can some one help me turn this off?
Thank you.

Isn't the switch on the center console, to the left and back a bit of the hand brake?

Yes! Your right. Easy to miss when clothing is in the way.
Thank you!

Glad you found it. Post some pics of your car if you can, not many ES250 owners out there. I tried to buy one but could never find a decent one for sale in Canada.
