^right on, the cam seals are indeed leaky ...so is the valve cover seals, but i already have parts coming my way to fix those issues.

I'm gonna freshen up the current motor a bit to make sure it'll run nicely for the supercharger setup.

after that I'll be buying another used 3VZ motor to do a full build...forged pistons, head work, head studs etc etc...
and a big *** GT40R

I like the current plans and the evident historical accomplishments on the Camry.

For the purposes of updating the 2ES Suspension Reference thread, I'd like to see which BC coilovers you're installing. The "Applications" PDF from BC Racing NA <attached> doesn't show any applications for the VCV10 chassis, which you have (92-96). Did you find that another model bolts right on, or are you modifying another model, e.g. the ones they list for the "94-" MCV20 chassis?

Thanks in advance for any information!
Good luck. I look forward to witnessing more of your splendid progress!

Out of curiosity, what is the white stuff on the threads of your BC coilovers? Does that by anychance happen to be teflon tape?

thanks for the replies folks!

The car has been sitting at a shop for a while now to get something done I can't do myself.
I recently got the gas tank rebuilt, new brakes lines, fuel lines, new custom polyurethane rear engine mount installed.

The car is now in a paintshop getting all four door replaced and repainted inside out.

I was also able to install a walbro 255 fuel pump.

as for the coilovers, I got the coilovers for 94+ camry.

the camry suspension is universal from 92~2001
same as es 92~2001
solara gen1 ~ gen1.5

I first covered my coilovers with synthetic grease and then I wrapped a layer of teflon tape where ever the thread is exposed to prevent the locking perches from seizing due to corrosion. afterall, I live in Canada.

Thats a lovely Audi!! very very nice!! They did well this year too in Le Mans dispite loosing Mcnish and Rockenfeller to nasty shunts involving traffic, but they still beat the lions by about 12 seconds or so.

Anyways back on topic, Thanks for the insight on your coilover prepwork, that might come in handy for when I assemble my kit, (darned shipping why's things taking so long), anyways I'm looking forward to seeing the completed build up.
