Came out of the store to a pleasant surprise - another ES parked next to me.

Still modding the front end and putting in angel eyes. Will post again when it's done.

Was hoping for more snow than this, but this will do just fine.

You can see the rear end sag here, need to put on new struts/springs all around this summer (have OE strut assembly right now at 215k miles). Probably going with Monroe quick struts even though they don't get the best reviews.

Have you checked eBay for struts? Sometimes dealers have OEM parts that they have excess stock of. I ended up getting my rear struts for a steal on there.

I haven't checked yet, been holding off since even if I got the parts It's too cold for me to do them right now.

The price of struts aren't an issue though, they are relatively cheap. Issue is I need new strut mounts and springs for the rear. And,the front needs new strut mount bearing on the driver side. So, I figure if I get a quick strut, i'll get all new parts for much cheaper than building my own version of a quick-strut with OEM parts.

If I can get 75-100k miles out of Monroe Quick-Struts I'll be happy.

That seems like it will be your best bet since you need pretty much everything replaced. My dad replaced his original suspension with Monroe Quick struts on his 05 and he hasn't had any issues after 50k miles.
