Strange for an 02.... I just did my 98 top mount only ($38 from lexus). Based on looking at the engine, should be easy to repair.

Agreed, too new. Unless the mounts were subjected to a constant oil soaking or they have been broken from an accident or something else, they are very likely perfectly fine.
