Need some expertise. Just had a tune, car was popping the 0446 code, replaced the charcoal canister and evap hose, checked the Mass Airflow came in okay. No o2 sensor failures, ABS checks out okay, all emissions pass, yet cannot get the light(s) to clear.

Any thoughts, thanks.

Use a scanner to clear the codes for check engine and use a abs scanner to clear the abs light.

Then drive for about 200 miles if you did the right repairs then the lights will stay off.

There are several potential causes for this code A Defective gas cap is one of the simplest possibilities.

Thanks for the information, I replaced the cap, taking the car to an actual Lexus dealership to run the diagnostic through their machine as I had Toyota go through the codes the first time.

My concern would be something emanating from the fuel tank.
