Which VSV is it?

Can someone tell me which VSV Valve feeds the EGR/Modulator? Is it part # 90910-12074, or another part? Also, do I need more then one? Lexus stated they could not tell me without actually taking them out and getting the part number off it, and I'm simply trying to get the part ordered so that I can get rid of the check engine light (P0401)

It's the one closest to EGR and modular there is a hose going from Modular to VSV.....
This is a copy of process I used to test it on a 96 Camry I had with same engine ," I tested the VSV for my 1996 V6 Camry first with NO POWER I attached a vacuum hose on entrance and exit...I held exit hose in a cup of water and blew air thru the entrance and air made bubbles in water...I performed same task this time holding entrance vacuum hose in water and blew thru exit vacuum hose and bubbles once again...then to make sure IF it had to be powered to force VSV to close it's valve I attached VSV to it's engine harness connector meaning it has power once I turned key to before turning on engine position...re-performed steps above in same manner a still bubbles appeared in water..so my conclusion unless proven wrong is my VSV is not working so next is to get a replacement VSV and hope that was the issue.
P.S. I USED A VOLT METER ON HARNESS VSV CONNECTOR TO BE SURE IT HAD DC VOLTAGE ONCE I TURNED KEY TO PRIOR TO TURNING ENGINE ON POSITION."
ACTUALLY WHILE CAR OFF VSV HAS NO POWER THUS IN OPEN POSITION ALWAYS BUT APPLY POWER THAT VSV WAS CLOSED THUS NO AIR GOES THRU THEN ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED TO OPEN AS NEEDED

The part# you listed 90910 12074 is same one i replaced on my 1996 camry with same engine go to toyota and ask for same part# no need to give further details just request part
i say test the modular first and see if it works cause code will reappear even if you replace vsv
