strecth tires!
i wanted to know if i can strect my tires on my 17in rims.?? i dnt what are the specs on these rims, i bought the car with these rims, i just know that there 17inc rims>. so can i strecth tha tires on these????? i currently have 205/50 r17tires on them!

You can stretch tires on just about any rim.
Folks, as you can tell here already, have their preferences/opinions about the VIP/bippu look and how it might look with your rims/car, but obviously you're asking for data/information. I know in FL there's a LOT of influence (and maybe even peer pressure?) to go with that style. However, unless someone else here has stretched their own tires on that exact same set of rims, you're probably not going to get information specifically helpful for your setup.
Your best bet is to find a reputable, helpful tire tech to help you work through some tire sets to get the best sized tire that stretches on your rims. Good luck and post up some pics and info when you're done (but be prepared for both positive AND negative opinions after that
