Tire size question.

Tire size question.
I have the opportunity of purchasing 4 16" OEM mag wheels and tires that were originally on a 2004 Toyota Camry. The rim specs are the same as my 2001 ES300 which are also 16".
However the Camry tires are 215/60/16, while my ES300 are 205/60/15, so my question is, will the 215/60/16 tires fit my Lexus without any modification? Any downside to this?
Also, are my current Lexus center caps interchangeable with the Toyota ones?
Thanks,
Phil

one down side to the bigger tires that you are going to is your speedometer will be off slightly, but not that much. FYI the overall diameter of your new tires will be one inch bigger. You can use:

to check tire sizes. You should be fine. Also, if you know someone with a high end OBDII scanner, they can go into the computer and change the tire size setting which should set the speedo correctly.
