oil pan gasket?

Has anyone attempted changing there oil pan gasket? I have changed many oil pan gaskets in other car but I'm intimidated by this one because of the exhaust pipes and the double pan system. I just want a Lil info on it. 96 Lexus es300

there is no gasket,
its a rtv sealer crud.
