mine are in almost new cond. could use a cleaning though....
bought the new ones "just in case"...as this will be my first project of this type.
but if everything comes out good ill be looking to sell them...
i'll keep u posted when i start the retrofit.....

Ok so i started by ordering mini H1 hid projectors from TRS

Then i ordered a pair of new aftermarket headlights with my fingers crossed, (aftermarket fittment can be an issue) thankfully these fit perfect!!!

once you have the headlight open use compressed air to remove any dust, put the rubber washer on the back of the projector then insert the mini projector in headlight housing. make sure you look at the back of the projecter, it tells you which side is the top. slip on the H7 adapter then tighten with the locknut using needlenose pliers.

this is the test fit i did.... i ended up using a small piece of aluminum tape to secure the solenoid wire to the projector. that way you wont see the red and black wire in the reflector housing. also i put the shroud on before i secured the projector to the housing. i used the screws and shrouds that came with the projectors(mini gattlings) the shrouds screw on to the projectors and make it very stable, no shaking or worrying about it falling off or moving. then i tightened everything up real tight and put the headlight back together.
