Trunk Lock Cylinder - Used Parts Sources
I am restoring a 1992 ES300 and the trunk lock cylinder is broken. A locksmith showed me the broken part inside. As the key hole is destroyed, I don't know if the door/ignition key normally is used for the trunk. The electric latch works fine. I have the old cylinder out of the car to match it up with a used part.
What key is used for the trunk lock?
I noticed complete lock assemblies on Ebay, but I only need the lock cylinder. Anyone know of salvage yards across the country that specialize in old Lexus models? How about in the Los Angeles, California area?
