Default '93 ES300 Heater Problem

Hi,

After searching the forum, I have not found the answer to my problem and was hoping for some insight.

I have a 1993 ES300 with 110k mi. The heat is barely working (very little heat comes out when fan is on low). I don't know what else to check.

Coolant levels OK
Engine temp normal
No codes come up in self diagnostic
Tubes going into firewall are warm (one warmer than the other)
Servo at firewall on driver side works when I turn **** from hot to cold
Servo to right of driver footwell works as well

Heat is coming in to vehicle, but not coming out of vents. Is this just a case of a stuck air blend door? It sounds like everything is working OK and it looks to be operating properly (from what I can see). How do I access that mix door? Doesn't look easy to get in there.

I don't think I missed anything. I can't afford to get it fixed and was hoping to do it myself. Thank you.
