Default Vibrations. Torque strut?

So i started to notice that my car went from a smooth idle and rpm rev to you can feel a vibration during idle and revs and driving.. This is not a miss fire. There are times it is fine.

Plugs were done about 5-6k miles ago.
I did notice the dog bone / torque strut mount is toast as the rubber has collapsed on the inside.

Here is the strange part the motor does not move much at all when reved. I don't hear any loud clanks or bumps coming off the gas or going in. Nor going in an out of PRND out side of a very slight feel that you can feel you went in to gear.

Will replacing the dog bone mount help this or do i need to look else where?

Edit for : 95 ES300
