es 98 my hood wont stay open

hi , my hood wont stay up !! do it can be because of temp ? ( -10 celcius) ?? how to fix it cause its very /$%/% to put a carton to keep my hood up !!

is it expensiv to fix ?

it should be the hood struts.

You should be looking at 20-40$ to get new ones.

I second that, can find them on ebay, easy to remove old and install new ones, just takes time.
