Default 92 es overheating question

bought my es300 knowing it was overheating.
Flushed the radiator changed the water pump changed the head gasket and boiled the thermostat and it is opening. When i run it the upper radiator hose is burning hot and the lower is getting no heat the only thing I can think of is the water pump is defective and i need to get another one. is there anything else i should be aware of to check. Thanks for your time

The lower hose shouldn't be cold, but it shouldn't be hot either. Have you ever replaced your radiator?

OK, sounds like you have a clogged radiator.

92-93 have a hydraulic radiator cooling fan ran off of the power steering pump, may not be relevant to your situation but made mine run hot.
