Playing iPOD/iPhone in 2005 Lexus ES330

Greetings -
Don't like the FM transmitter. Local Lexus dealer recommended VaisTech.
Is this something DIY. Any pointers on step by step instructions on how to install - I have no ideal how to open up the stereo system etc.
Also any experience on sound output of VaisTech or recommend something else.

VaisTech is a Club Lexus Vender. Check out the vender page. Their products come with install instructions, and they are available on their website.
