Default New pictures of the 00 ES300 Platinum

Here are the new pictures I took today that I promised everyone I would take. I bought this car last week and did a interior and exterior detail. Everything came out great and the car is real comfy to drive. Dont mind the all weather mats that I stoled from my TL until I can buy a set of new OEM mats for the ES. Unfortunately, the car did not come with any OEM mats for whatever reason.
Pictured is my fleet of cars 07 TL-S, 06 Z06, 00 ES300. The TL-S is for sale and as much as I love that car its pretty stupid to own 3 cars and the cheaper ES was the replacement for the TL to save money.
Just wondering does anyone know the actual name for this color?

James

Looks great man! Love that wood steering wheel and that leather is perfect! How many miles are on her?

I think that color is called 'Antique Sage Pearl', but it could be a unique color for the Platinum Edition. Here's a link to the color choices from Lexus in 2000 :

Humm this is weird. I looked at that link to see the colors and its none of those. I registered on Lexus.com and once I did that and entered my VIN it shows up as Burnished Gold Metalic. I guess you might be right it could be a special Platinum Edition color I guess. Would be nice to see a pamplet for the Platinum cars.

I think there was a select offering of color choices for the Platinum Edition ES300's that aren't listed on that brochure. Hopefully someone with a Platinum ES will chime in on here and shed some light on this...

It sure does not look it at all looks newer than 2000 also. Proves that if the car is taken care of it will look new yet after many miles. GOOD LUCK!

Thumbs up

The car looks BRAND NEW! That can't be a ten year old car

Oh, I get it - these pics were taken the day you bought the car and brought it home, back in 2000, and you didn't post those pics until now. ahaha
