Almost everytime I make a turn, doesn't matter if it's a left turn or right, my seat makes an annoying "click" sound. The sound is coming from around my mid back area on the right side and it's pretty loud. The passenger side is starting to make the sound too and the whole passenger seat moves if you "rock" in it!

It doesn't matter how the seat is adjusted or positioned it still makes the sound and its really bothering me. I dont want to have a girl or my friends to think my Lex is a POS and that's what I think of when I hear it.

Any one else have this problem? Anyone know of a way to fix it without having to buy a new seat?

I believe one of the 'teeth' on the small gears that work with the lumbar support gave way.

I have the same issue. Except my whole seat moves up & back a few CM's after getting into it.

If it's the lumbar support than why is it making the same exact sound on the passenger side when it doesn't have lumbar support?

It's so annoying. I seriously fell out of love with my Lex because of it and it's one of the reasons why I'm considering on selling it because I can't take the noise.
