OBDII code = p1730 dc clutch forced release circuit malfunction, PLZ HELP!!!
Hello guys,
I have Lexus 2002, ES 300, with about 70k miles on it.
here is what happened.
I installed new starter, and during that procedure smth went wrong (I guess, I knocked off some sensor). Starter works fine now, and I can start my car. But now I have check engine light.
OBDII code = p1730 dc clutch forced release circuit malfunction.
Please help, what can I do?
Thanks.

Sounds like you didn't unplug connector next to starter, or forgot to plug back in
check sensor just to right of starter body , its kinda in the way when you unbolt the starter.
