LED turn signals DIY for '02 ES 300
New to the forum and new to Lexus. It seems as though a lot of good info is here. I have a 2002 ES 300 and wanted to change the factory side mirrors for mirrors with LED turn signals. Anyone have any experience or suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help.

yeh i have them on my car, just some led strips and connect to corner parking lights, they do function as regular turn signals, and are really bright at night, mine has 2 colors wired to a switch for amber or blue, but not sure they make it for the ES as for the whole mirror w/ led, i highly doubt it tho

dcapo,
Lights looks great. Where do you have the switch so you can choose blue or amber. Was it difficult to wire? I'm not usually very good with electronics.

thats not a bad idea...
hey by chance, do you mind me asking, what brand name is the system, and where to buy?
I also had an idea of doing some myself, i have a set of turn signals LED's that mount behind the sideview mirror glass, but i am uncertain how to wire it to the sideview lights...

to connect signal with ur led, there are three wires on the corner parking light, i spliced into it
2 positive - 1 for parking lights, 1 for turning signal, and 3rd(black) is negative, u will have to test to be sure, i gotta look back a take a pic,
as for the brand- just some cheap china led strip w/ 2 colors- blue/amber
u can use any led strip basically
i recommend u use 3m tape or w/some xtra glue(not too excessive)
