It was on ebay, IIRC a couple weeks back and it was a '98 if i remember. The guy selling it had TONS of details, so i doubt this is him trying to sell it with such a poor description.

Had something like 100k miles on it. Looked very babied, and selling for ~5.5k or so...

**not on there anymore** must have sold

I just love the look of the black/grey two tone paint with black leather interior! I hardly ever see any on the roads...Must have been a rare color option for ES300's. All I ever see anymore are the white ones like mine, LOL.

My '00 ES is the same color. Easily the best color offered for ES IMO. It looks even better in 00 and 01 ES's. It highlights the minor changes made to the lights in the front and the rear for those years.

Ha! Too funny. I knew it!!! The lack of a license plate and sunny pictures (this is rainy Oregon and all!) were big red flags for me on that one. I'll be sure to flag him on my local Craigslist and you should do the same!

Pretty good color combo too though not too rare. It must be the platinium edition since it has woodgrain wheel. The interior of mine is black too but no woodgrain wheel. It does have stock HID headlights.

I don't know what it is, Carfax a month back did not know and i am lazy to bother finding out.

The one thing i do not have is the HIDs. *well i do, but not the OEM housings.

To be honest, i think it is rare enough, i see a handful on eBay over a few months long period. In my city, population of 1.1 mil people, i have seen TWO other ones in this color, and not the same combo, the other ones had the tan or grey interior...
