Make sure you are turning the right one?

The manual states as to which one to adjust/where & how...

I did mine in a whole 3 mins, and they were good to go.

No clue. And i would take a look but knowing my 2001 it is bound to be in a different spot...

Ie. Fog lights in the 00-01, mounting points are different than the earlier years, i thought i was removing it, but i ended up screwing up the adjustment simply by turning what i thought was holding it in place...

I have a 98 ES300 and my adjustment bolt is 8mm and is near the top, between the lowbeam and hi beam light. you also should have bubble levelers on the top to let you know when your headlights are level. First park your car on a level surface, then to adjust up, facing the the headlight, turn bolt to the left with a 8mm wrench or socket, its the same for both lights and to lower the light, you turn the bolt to the right. BTW BL155, where did you get your Toyota front lip from? If I was to order it, what make and model car? Thanks.

Here's the page from the 1993 FSM, should be the same on the '96.
