i have some azev ls rims that my bro took off on his 06 gs300.. my car is a 2002 es300. I'm not sure if the wheels are 18x9 or 18x9.5, its offset is 35. it has 235/40/18 tires. will this fit without contacting the struts? it wont rub on bumps right? lol im on stock height

I would be very suprised if you did not need a spacer on this application.

it will clear struts. 9 or 9.5. it will clear! i'm running 20x10 all the way around on my ES
