i've been interested in installing an in-dash gps player in my car. after a lot of CL searching, i've come to find out that it's a good idea to purchase a 4/channel amp to power my speakers.

what's a good wattage to power my stock speakers? i haven't found anything through the search bar. would this amp work out all right? http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...SL+F4.400.html

i've seen it on amazon for ~$50 shipped. i'm not trying to be cheap, just ball on a budget.

also, i was thinking of purchasing this Orion sub with matching monoblock amp. i've always heard good things about orion amps, should i grab the matching sub or do you think there is a better sub for the same price range?

i have a tein springs and kyb struts, would i have a rubbing issue bc of all the weight from the box and subs and amps?


last but not least, do i need a capacitor? and if so, how big?
