00' ES300 seems to not have enough power?

Hey I own a 2000 ES300 and when going up hills and pressing on the gas pedal hard, it doesnt really seem to have enough power? do i need a tune up? or some maintenance done? Because afterall, it does have 210hp and its a V6 engine, I just dont understand why it doesnt accelerate that quick, or am i not the only one?
