If your in florida you could use 10w-30 and have no problem but theres no need to unless it leaks a lot and you want to slow it a tiny bit. Best quality oil for a reasonable price? I'd go with Mobil One EP with a Mobil One filter or a K&N, perhaps a Purolator Pureone if your lookin to save a few bucks. Oh btw don't put 15-40 in there. ever.

What 97'ES said. Mobil 10w-30 will work just fine and the quality is excellent. If you want it cheap, buy in bulk at Sam's club or walmart.

About 1989, my oldest brother tested Lucas oil products in the truck division of International Harvester before it was Lucas Oil. I drove my 1955 Chrysler to 471,000 before trading it off.
