IS the flywheel warped beyond recognition? If not, you can get it put on a lathe and have it turned down (though you can't do it if there's not enough material left). Call your dealership (or a Toyota dealership) for prices.
There's also about 6 hours of labor associated also. Roughly $420 of labor, assuming $70 per hour.
