I have a 96 ES 300 with just under 74,000 miles. My fog lights stopped working after the battery was changed. The bulbs are still good when connected to another power source.

I had this happen once before, once I cleaned the contacts and restarted the car a couple of times they worker for several years.

I am guessing it is the fog light relay, but I cannot find it. Can someone please help?

Where is the relay? No one seems to know....

Anyone have a wiring diagram?
