so I finally put subs In my 01 es300. I used the stock radio. I wired the remote wire to the font cigarette lighter. I just noticed when I turn my radio off the subs still hit lightly. at first it wouldn't hit when the radio was off and now it does. is there anyways else that's easy to wire that I can wire my remote wire to?

The clock is what I used and I ran it to a switch so I could turn it on or off. I have my sirius, radar and remote wire on the clock.

o and i put a 30amp fuse in for the cigarette ligther insted of a 15 which is what it shuld be and my subs on low power were unbeleavably loud. but its cuz it was drawing double the power. then i replaced it back to a 15 and they still hit hard but not as much as before haha.

Are you powering them off the cigarette lighter or is it just your remote wire. If your powering of your cigarette lighter you are a moron. Subs have to be powered directly off the battery with at least like an 8 gauge wire.
