I donno, its hard to hear on video when you have things going clucking in the back ground...

can you describe the sound? and is it when you are accelerating or decelerating? sounded like you have exhaust?

first i hear a clunk while the brake pedal judders then the whirring sound ( like something turns on then off) then nothing. the sound is only on decel when coming to a stop. both times i was going no more then 5mph i dont have a clue. and thats not an exhaust thats my horrendus (sp) exhaust leak

since you are 5speed its not the transmission ... EDIT: wait im confused, i didnt realize you were driving an auto, i though all along you were driving stick based on youtube clips we both shared w/ each other... so since it's auto, then that noise you're hearing is probably the valve body downshifting the transmission into first.

1 maybe the extra load from the electrical system when braking is causing your worn out alternator to emit more noise [bearing] [or something related to that line of diagnosis]

2 ABS pump nopise

3 cooling fan

4 pissed off chipmunk trying to sleep in little nest under the brake pedal

i think its abs cause its only under braking. i'm not ruling out anything related to the tranny cause i know mine is on its last legs. idk about the fans though. or it could be that alvin, simon, and theodore are annoying the crap outta me idk. yea about my car its an auto (duh) but i post videos for my brother who has the 5speed which i drive from time to time
